Amy Schiefelbein, AMFT
My name is Amy Schiefelbein and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.
My style is warm, holistic, and collaborative. I work from a trauma-informed approach that integrates relational, psychodynamic, and attachment theories.
I believe that trust between therapist and client is essential for healing. By building a strong and supportive connection, we can explore your past experiences, address current challenges, and work towards your future goals. It is a privilege to work with those who come to see me and to support their growth and empowerment.
My previous work was focused on supporting individuals through wellness, education, and advocacy. My journey has taken me to various places, including teaching English in China and working on permaculture farms in Hawaii.
