Individual Therapy
Individual therapy services can be short or long term, depending on the goals of the individual. We begin by talking about what brings you into therapy, and collaboratively setting goals that feel relevant to your particular needs.
I believe in establishing a good relationship between therapist and client is of utmost importance, because it provides the base from which we do the rest of our work. Creating a safe, secure and trusting alliance with the therapist helps you do the deep work that leads to lasting, effective transformation. For this reason, I recommend making a commitment to coming to therapy once a week.
